The 27th of july saw the release of our long awaited remix album "Fantastic Freeriding – REMIXED" (SRLP 004). This vinyl only release contains remixes by Fort Knox Five, Bobby Hughes Combination, All Good Funk Alliance, Marc Hype & Jim Dunloop, Perch (from Zion Train) & Kabanjak, Audio InFunktion (from Sarajevo), Protassov & Kinski and the Ancient Astronauts. The album already gets heavy spins around the globe and is a true nugget for all uptempo Funk &b Breaks headz, but also for the deep Dub headz and Downtempo addicts. A solid mixture of outstanding remixes. Deela´s "Azua Azua (Latin Funk Mix)" and Kabanjak´s "Gypsy Soul (Ancient Astronauts) will be featured in fall ´07 issue of Puzzle Videomagazine, Europe´s number one skateboarding videomagazine."Mano Mano", the debut album by Deela (SRCD 005 / SRLP 005) is out on the 31st of august and already causing heavy stir amongst the advanced world music radio stations, dj´s and listeners. After doing remixes for acts like Mo´ Horizons or Issa Bagayogo in the past Ingo Möll (Kabanjak) and Martin Morsch completed an album which fuses their great talent as musicians (guitar, melodica, keys, bass, drums, percussion) and their tight production skills. The album is full of Afro, Funk, Reggae and even Spanish influenced Breaks & Beats featuring the vocal talents of new Switchstance Reggae artist Mango Juice, spanish singers Marica Garcia Lora and Miriam Suarez Argueta, polish singer Kasia Bortnik, jamaican rudebwoy Shocking Murray and german Reggae artist Maiiah. Following the release of Mano Mano we have new Switchstance artist Mango Juice coming up with his debut release on Switchstance Recordings in september/october. The true Rasta delivers deep Reggae and Dub, shouting out his conscious messages to the four corners of the world. The "Cry Out EP" (SR12 010) is produced by Kabanjak and the Ancient Astronauts, so expect a heavy mixture of Roots Reggae, Dub, Dopebeats & Breaks. The tune "Lovely Life" will be featured on the free cd that comes along with september/october issue of german Reggae magazine RIDDIM. Proving that this is not just late summer Reggae "Lovely Life" will also be featured on an upcoming Snowboard DVD by austrian Hot Zone Snowboarding crew. More news on this in early winter time.

November and december will be the time of our man Protassov. His long awaited debut album "Chalina Music" (SRCD 006) is due to be released in early december and we can already tell you that it is worth the wait. Full of funked up psychedelic and cinematic music, this one is for the advanced listeners out there. Those of you that are experienced with his music know that it is always beatloaden and deep as deep can get. But before the album we will release his "Steam & Oil EP" (SR12 011) in november, containing two brilliant remixes by fellow producers Flevans (Jack To Phono/Tru Thoughts) and Dr. Rubberfunk (Funkydown). The track "Steam & Oil" will be on the next Snowboard DVD by austrian Pirate Movie Production crew, giving the right soundtrack for the movie part about russia.
